By creating an account and registering for Woof University (the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read and understand the following terms and conditions (these “Terms”) and agree to be bound by them in connection with use of the Services:

1. Free Trial. You will have free access to the Services for 120 days. During the free trial period, VCA Animal Hospitals, Inc. (“VCA”) grants you a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable right to access, view, and use our Services solely for your own educational purposes. Access to the Services shall not reflect upon or create an employment relationship between VCA and the user. VCA provides access to the Services to employees and non-employees for educational purposes not reflective of employment status or training.
   
   
2. Terms and Conditions; Privacy Policy. You agree to VCA’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy in connection with the Services. All listed policies are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
   
   
3. Intellectual Property. All content and collective work comprising the Services is protected by copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary rights under United States, Canadian and/or international laws and held by VCA and/or the original creator of the material, including VCA’s affiliates, partners, suppliers and/or visitors or users of the Services who have contributed material to the Services. These rights are valid and protected in all forms, media and technologies existing now or developed in the future. All trademarks, service marks, logos, slogans, domain names and trade names are the property of their respective owners and are licensed to, or otherwise used with permission by, VCA. All intellectual property used on the Services may not be reproduced, copied or otherwise manipulated in any manner without express, written permission of the owner.
   
   
4. Access Restriction/Termination. VCA reserves the right to impose limits on certain features, restrict your access to parts of or the entirety of the Service, and/or terminate your account, in its sole discretion and without notice or liability.
   
   
5. VCA Careers Communications. VCA may send you communications to inform you of career opportunities at VCA. If you no longer want to receive these messages, you may opt-out by following the unsubscribe instructions in the communications.
